A Talkie alternative that texts you first

A Talkie alternative where characters text first

Talkie is a popular AI character chat app. If you want an alternative, Just Texted is an AI companion app that feels like your phone buzzing with a new message. Just Texted has 84 characters, men and women across many personalities and genres. They text you first, so you never stare at an empty thread. You open the app, a message is waiting, and you answer it the way you would answer a friend. The thread grows from there, in your own time. It is always clear who you are talking to. Every character is AI, and every chat says so with a clear AI notice, so you can enjoy the conversation knowing exactly what it is.

Free to swipe, match and chat

Finding a character is as easy as swiping. Like the ones you want to meet, pass on the rest, and match to open a conversation. Swiping, matching and chatting are free, up to a daily limit, so you can get to know a few characters before you spend anything. The texting reads like your normal messages, short and back and forth, with no scripts to follow. With 84 characters across many genres, there is usually someone whose voice fits your mood, from funny to warm to flirty but always SFW. Just Texted opens on web and on your phone, with the same conversation on both, so you can start on one and continue on the other whenever it suits you.

Voice notes, photos, and plans

When a thread is going well, some characters can send a voice note so you can hear them, and sometimes a photo. Hearing a voice note and unlocking a photo a character sends you are paid, along with VIP plans. Every price and what renews is on the pricing page, in plain terms, so you always know before you decide. Ready for a Talkie alternative?
