A Candy AI alternative that texts you first
Candy AI is a popular AI companion app. If you want an alternative, Just Texted is an AI companion app shaped like the messages app you already use all day. Just Texted has 84 characters, men and women across many personalities and genres. They text you first, so a message is waiting when you open the app. You reply, and the thread feels like any other conversation on your phone, growing at your own pace. It is always clear who you are talking to. Every character is AI, and every chat says so with a clear AI notice, so there is nothing to wonder about while you enjoy the conversation.
Swipe, match and chat for free
Meeting a character begins with a swipe. Like the ones who stand out, pass on the ones who do not, and match to start chatting. Swiping, matching and chatting are free, up to a daily limit, so you can find your favourites before spending anything. The texting reads like your real messages, short and back and forth, with no forms and no scripts. With 84 characters across many genres, there is usually someone whose voice fits your mood, whether warm, funny, flirty but always SFW, or easy to talk to. Just Texted opens on web and on your phone, and the same thread stays in sync on both, so you can start on one and continue on the other.
Voice notes, photos and VIP
As a thread grows, some characters send a voice note you can hear, and sometimes a photo. Hearing a voice note, unlocking a photo a character sends you, and VIP plans are the paid parts. Every price and what renews is on the pricing page, written plainly, so you always know before you decide. Want to try a Candy AI alternative? Start chatting free at justtexted.com and see who texts you first. For voice notes, photos and VIP, see every price and what renews at justtexted.com/pricing.
