A Kindroid alternative that texts you first
Kindroid is a popular AI companion app. Want an alternative? Just Texted is an AI companion app where 84 characters text you first, just like a real texting thread.
Companions who reach out first
Just Texted is an AI companion app that leads with people, not settings. There are 84 characters, men and women, carrying many personalities and genres, so whoever you are in the mood for is somewhere in the mix. They text you first, so the bond starts with their message landing on your screen, not with a blank thread. Conversations read like a real texting exchange, short and easy, with replies that keep hold of what you have told them. Every character is AI, and every chat says so with a clear AI notice, so there is never any mix up about who is writing. You look through the faces, match with the ones who appeal to you, and let them become regulars in your messages at your own speed. Men and women are both in the mix, so you are never stuck with one kind of character.
Free to start, on web and phone
You can get the full feel before spending anything. Swiping, matching and chatting are free up to a daily limit, which gives you room to meet a few characters and keep the ones you enjoy talking to. Nothing important is locked away before you have had a real conversation. Just Texted opens on web and phone, tied to your account, so a thread you begin on your laptop is waiting on your phone later with nothing to set up. If another app sent you looking, the texting style will feel familiar from your first line. You can start chatting free at justtexted.com and let a character text you before you weigh up anything paid. Because the characters text first, there is usually a message waiting when you return.
Honest about what you pay
When you want more than the free chats give, Just Texted has it ready. Paid features let you hear a voice note from a character, unlock a photo a character chooses to send, and move up to VIP plans for a richer experience. Every one of these lives in a single place, with every price and exactly what renews shown before you agree, so your card statement holds no surprises. We put the numbers in front of you on purpose. When you are set to look, see every plan and what renews at justtexted.com/pricing and take only what you want. Many people stay free for a long while and add a voice note or a photo only once a character has become part of their routine. You decide which threads to keep and which to let go.
