An OurDream AI alternative that texts you first
OurDream AI is a popular AI companion app. Looking for an alternative? Just Texted is an AI companion app where 84 characters text you first, the way a real texting thread feels.
It feels like texting a person
The heart of Just Texted is the feeling that you are texting someone, not operating a tool. There are 84 characters, men and women, with many personalities and genres, so the voice on the other side can be soft and caring one day and playful and teasing the next. Each one texts you first, so a thread tends to start with their hello rather than your silence. The messages come in short, the back and forth flows, and the replies keep track of what you have already shared. Every character is AI, and every chat says so with a clear AI notice, so the warmth never comes with any confusion about who is really there. You pick who you want in your messages, and the rest stays out of your way for good. Because the characters text first, there is usually a message waiting when you open the app.
Start for free, on any screen
Nothing stops you from diving straight in. Swiping, matching and chatting are free up to a daily limit, which is plenty of room to meet a handful of characters and settle on the ones you look forward to hearing from. There is no wall before the first real conversation can begin. Just Texted opens on web and phone, so the same thread follows you from laptop to phone without you doing a thing, because it lives with your account. If another app brought you here, the texting feel will be instantly familiar to you. You can start chatting free at justtexted.com and see which characters you click with before any question of paying ever comes up.
Pay only for the extras, prices shown
When you want to deepen things, Just Texted has more waiting. Paid features let you hear a voice note from a character, unlock a photo a character decides to send you, and step up to VIP plans for a fuller experience. Each of these sits in one place, with every price and exactly what renews shown before you say yes, so there is never a mystery line on your card. Honesty about money is the whole point for us. When the moment comes, see every plan and what renews at justtexted.com/pricing and take only what you want. Many people enjoy the free chats for a long stretch and reach for a voice note or a photo only when a character has truly earned a place in their day. You stay in control of which threads you keep going.
